PAAC's annual dinner, A Global Affair, was held on January 27, 2016 at the Kahala Hotel & Resort. PAAC honored Kenji Sumida and Leonardy Katsasky with the Paul S. Bachman Award. The Paul S. Bachman award is given to an individual or organization that has contributed significantly to the improvement of relations between the United States and its neighbors in Asia and the Pacific.
