PAAC held its annual dinner, A Global Affair, on February 21st at the Kahala Hotel & Resort. During this special evening, PAAC honored Punahou School’s Wo International Center with the Paul S. Bachman award. The Paul S. Bachman award is given to an individual or organization that has contributed significantly to the improvement of relations between the United States and its neighbors in Asia and the Pacific. The 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Siegfried Ramler.
