The Pacific and Asian Affairs Council (PAAC) is the only organization in Hawai‘i whose core program is to engage high school students and teachers in the Asia/Pacific region; and to inspire these students to become leaders with a broader understanding of Hawaii’s place in the world.
PAAC also promotes a greater awareness and understanding of international affairs through:
- US State Department sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program, building connections between our community and emerging leaders from other countries.
- High School Program to enrich students and teachers’ knowledge and perspectives on critical global issues.
- Speaker Forums on a variety of contemporary issues.
- College Outreach Program, collaborating with faculty to infuse a global perspective.
PAAC is an organization for people who care about global issues and developing the next generation of global leaders. Join us by becoming a member, donor, or volunteer!
