A Global Affair, PAAC's major annual fundraiser, was held on May 18, 2023 honoring General David Bramlett with the Paul S. Bachman Memorial Award. The event celebrated General Bramlett's work to bridge the U.S. with Asia and the Pacific through partnership, collaboration, and mutual understanding. The gala also featured a student panel where Sabina Funasaki (Punahou School), Eric Gee (Kealakehe High School), and Jamir Ace Raquino (Farrington High School) shared their PAAC experiences with the audience. The event was held in the Maile Ballroom of the Kahala Hotel & Resort.
