Special invitation- LEAD Summit

📍 Location: YMCA Camp Erdman, Northshore, Oʻahu
We’re thrilled to invite PAAC Club Officers to the exclusive PAAC Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Summit. This four-day, three-night event will be packed with learning, networking, and fun, all while camping at beautiful Camp Erdman on Oʻahu's Northshore. The Summit is a unique opportunity for PAAC Club officers to connect, grow as leaders, and explore global issues in an immersive environment.
Who Can Attend:
Each PAAC Club can send up to three officers to participate.
Oʻahu Clubs: Up to three officers can attend daytime events. We will try our best to accommodate all three overnight, but space is limited.
Neighbor Island Clubs: Three spots are available per club, and we will cover flights, transportation, and accommodations.
Transportation to Camp Erdman:
Honolulu-based students: A bus will take us to Camp Erdman, departing from the East-West Center at 10:30 AM on Thursday, Oct. 10.
The bus will return on Sunday, Oct. 13, departing Camp Erdman at 12:00 PM and arrive back at the East-West Center by 1:30 PM.
Accommodations:
Students who spend the night at Erdman will sleep in bunk beds in the “Lost” Cabins. There are 8 bunks in each cabin and each cabin includes a restroom. Showers are in a separate building and have privacy currents. Campers will need to pack pillows, sheets/blankets, and a towel. Beyond that, once students register, they will receive a packing list.
Cost:
A small donation fee of $25 per student is requested for the Summit. Financial assistance is available upon request, so please don’t let cost be a barrier to attending. Payments can be made via:

Tentative Agenda:
Thursday, Oct. 10: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Activities ranging from engaging icebreakers to exploratory sessions on our emotions and global stances. Team building physical exercises will be offered through Camp Erdman.
Friday, Oct. 11: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Deep dive into local and global issues. Learn from regional experts. Team building physical activities will be offered through Camp Erdman.
Saturday, Oct. 12: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Explore leadership styles, peace leadership, communication, and GAP brainstorming. Service project at Erdman. Team building physical activities will be offered through Camp Erdman.
Sunday, Oct. 13: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Final breakfast and takeaways
